The housemates were gathered in the living room for the first eviction of the season.
Ryan: Big Brother house, this is Ryan! You are live on BBCharm! Alec and Layla... the house has decided, the votes have been counted and verified, and I can now reveal... that by a vote of 10-2... the first person to be evicted from the BBCharm house is... ALEC! Alec, it's now time to say your goodbyes. I'm coming to get you!
~Sallie Axl~
[Nick’s Partner]
Alec got evicted! It was an extremely emotional eviction. There were tears, people screaming "WHY!? WHHHY!?" and I think I even saw Helen sobbing into one of Alec's old, left behind g-strings. It's a sad day when the star of the BBCharm house gets evicted......
Oh...wait! Excuse me, sorry, my bad. I was picturing what it would be like if I got evicted, not Alec. Yeah, no one gave two fucking fucks about Alec. We actually all did a tequila shot after he left and shouted in unison "AYE YI YI!"
With Alec out of the house, Nick's reign as HoH was now over. But that didn't mean that all of the housemates Nick had nominated had forgiven him.
Nick: Going to keep trashing me?
Chima: I DID NOT TRASH ANYONE. SO SHUT UP.
Nick: Great social gameplay.
Chima: YEAH GREAT SOCIAL GAMEPLAY TO TALK TO ME FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH A COMPLETE FUCKTARD ACCUSATION.
Nick: You're being immature with name calling and you're never social. Not picking a fight but I don't appreciate your abrasive behavior just to be a character.
Chima: I'M JUST REPLYING TO YOUR ACCUSATIONS. NOTHING MORE. I GUESS THEY'RE JUST YOUR FEELINGS. I TRASHED YOU ONCE WHEN YOU NOMINATED ME AND THAT'S IT. SO PLEASE GO INCREASE YOUR EGO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
~Chima Simone~
[Eric’s Partner]
I DID TRASH HIM. WHY TELL HIM. I DON'T CARE IF HE SUSPECTS ME. WHY GIVE HIM A CONFIRMATION. HE DOESN'T DESERVE THAT.
AND FOR WHAT FUCKING REASON WOULD I EVEN BE NICE TO HIM? HE WILL NEVER WORK WITH ME AND HE'S A FUCKING MANIPULATOR. HE DOESN'T NEED ME. I'LL TELL HIM THE TRUE *COUGH* TRUE *COUGH* THINGS AND LET HIM FUCK OFF.
Nick: It's a game. No need to get all mad.
Chima: YOUR SENTENCES ARE SO SHORT, DULL AND CLASSIC. YOU'RE NOT EVEN ORIGINAL. GO PICK ON SOMEONE ELSE, YOU'RE BAD.
Nick: I'm not picking on someone. I don't even dislike you. AND TALKING LIKE THIS HAS BEEN DONE SO MANY TIMES BEFORE.
Chima: THEN WHY ARE YOU TALKING TO ME?
Nick: I asked you a question and you answered, then I answered back, etc. So I could ask you the same question but let's just forget it. The past is the past and I happen to like your partner. Good luck in the HOH competition.
~Chima Simone~
[Eric’s Partner]
I LIKE HOW HE'S NOW SWITCHING TACTICS WITH ME. HE'S A TOTAL LOSER. ON TOP OF THAT, HE FEEDS ME WITH INFORMATION. I KNOW HIM AND ERIC ARE WORKING TOGETHER, ERIC DID MENTION SOMETHING SIMILAR ABOUT NICK. JUST KEEP TALKING KEEP TALKING.
It was almost time to crown a new HoH! But first, Ryan had to explain how the format of the next few weeks would work with the duos.
Ryan: Until further notice, each week's HoH must nominate one duo for eviction. However, the PoV can still only save one housemate. If a housemate is saved by the PoV, they will swap places with the replacement nominee. Meaning that the replacement nominee's old partner will become the saved housemate's new partner. At the end of the week, one housemate will be evicted, and the surviving housemate will be left with no partner, but will have immunity until there are only 11 housemates remaining. Good luck housemates! The next HoH Competition will take place in just a few minutes.
~Elissa Slater~
[Helen’s Partner]
Wowza! The new format scares me because it means I could go up at any point and lose my partner. I adore Helen and I can't think of anyone replacing her. If I'm nominated during those weeks, I lose Helen in any outcome. I'm not sure I'm cool with that. It definitely changes the strategy of the game. Now you have more reason to vote out pawns so the target goes into the next round and gets nominated again so you don't lose your partner.
The housemates are ready to head to the backyard to compete. But just before they do, Chima quickly pulls Sam into the storage room to tell him about her argument with Nick. It seems as if the foundations of a new alliance are being made.
~Sam Wallace~
[Layla’s Partner]
Well, according to Chima, she doesn't like the way that Nick talks to her and also says that out of everyone, she talks to me the most and feels like she can trust me. She also said she talked with Layla and told her about the possibility of working together (which Layla later told me about), so this would be us two couples (Chima/Eric) and myself and Layla working together. If one of us wins HoH, we won't put the other couple up. So far, it's that simple.
The housemates head to the backyard, where a series of podiums are set up for the HoH Competition.
Ryan: This competition is called Quick Picks. Nick, as outgoing HoH, you are ineligible to compete. In each round, I will give you a statement. You must answer either True or False. If everyone answers correctly, the housemates who answered the slowest will be eliminated. But be careful! Because if multiple housemates answer incorrectly, the incorrect housemate who answered the fastest will be eliminated. The last housemate standing will be the new HoH!
~Will Kirby~
[Boogie’s Partner]
In my eyes, this week is the last introduction week. Two weak players probably get nominated and no harm done to the house as a whole. Next week, the HOH will strike the first blow to what will start the war for the season with sides somehow forming in the coming weeks. With that in mind, I don't really care to have HOH this week, especially since there isn't a specific duo I'm after at this point. There is always someone that I like in a partnership. The only people I'm thinking are wastes of space are Layla and Elissa.
~Elissa Slater~
[Helen’s Partner]
At the Head of Household competition, I knew I wanted Helen to win Head of Household. It would have meant I was safe for another week but I knew she likely wanted to throw it. Aside from her, I was thinking Gina or Gary because we have a deal with them for safety. It's a pseudo-alliance to me. I don't care about that, as long as I'm safe it's fine. Sam or Layla would have been awful because at the moment those two are the biggest targets for the rest of the house. I hadn't spoken to those two so I definitely think I would be nominated.
As the rounds go on, it appears that most of the wildcards of the house such as Chima, Elissa and Sam are faring well. They, along with Janelle, Eric and Sallie make up the final six of the competition.
~Sallie Axl~
[Nick’s Partner]
My alliance of Nick, Gina and Gary all determined that it was super important for us to win HoH again this week. We don't really trust any of the other pairs in the house at all really and none of us can really confirm who they would nominate if they won HoH, so it's better for us if we keep the power in our hands. The worst couples to win HoH would be 1. Eric and Chima, 2. Elissa and Helen and 3. Sam and Layla.
Sallie is eliminated next, and is followed quickly by Eric. This leaves a final four of Janelle, Chima, Sam and Elissa.
~Chima Simone~
[Eric’s Partner]
I USUALLY LIKE TO THROW HOH IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO PLAY IN THE NEXT, BUT I FEEL LIKE IF I WIN THIS ONE IT MIGHT BE A GOOD TIMING. I ALSO HAVE THREE PEOPLE I COULDN'T CARE LESS BURNING MY BRIDGE WITH. I ALSO NEED PEOPLE TO FEEL FORCED TO COME TO ME MORE. SO YEA, I THINK GETTING HOH WOULD BE A GOOD TIMING THIS WEEK! LET'S DO THIS.
~Janelle Pierzina~
[Ivette’s Partner]
I didn't really want to win it but once every round went by I started praying that I could maybe pull this one off. I'd be lying to say I wasn't nervous to see Elissa, Eric and Chima last so long.
Chima and Janelle are the next two to be eliminated, leaving Sam and Elissa as the final two. The majority of the house is counting on Sam to pull out the win.
~Janelle Pierzina~
[Ivette’s Partner]
I was scared. I was trying to telepathically give Sam that answer so he could answer before Elissa.
~Boogie Malin~
[Will’s Partner]
Elissa I feel the least comfortable with in a position of power. And I feel the house feels the same way.
But the house is in for a disappointment...
Ryan: The correct answer is... FALSE! Congratulations, Elissa! You are the new Head of Household! Nick, please hand over the key to the HoH Bedroom.
~Sam Wallace~
[Layla’s Partner]
OH **** I was soo ** close to winning the HoH! I'm a little disappointed, but deep down I am kinda glad....because I have no idea for now who to put up.
~Elissa Slater~
[Helen’s Partner]
OH MY GOD! Getting the Head of Household key is the best feeling ever! It means Helen and I are safe for another week and I have all the cards at the moment. I can't go home and I get to nominate two people for eviction. I'm so shocked to win because I thought I would lose at the second question but I made it to the end and won HoH! Eeeeeee!
But while Elissa does her victory dance and waves her HoH Key in the air, her housemates aren't exactly happy for her.
~Chima Simone~
[Eric’s Partner]
SHIT! I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY TO SEE ELISSA WIN THE HOH BECAUSE I'M NOT SURE WHAT SHE'S UP TO. A PART OF ME HOPES SHE HAS SOMEONE ELSE ON HER RADAR, BECAUSE JUST LIKE NICK, SHE GOES AND IGNORES ME. THAT'S FUNNY BECAUSE THEIR HOH POWER GETS INTO THEIR HEAD SO BAD THEY THINK THEY ARE INVINCIBLE WHEN IGNORING PEOPLE! AM I FOR SURE GETTING EVICTED? NO? THEN DON'T DO THAT IF YOU WANNA PLAY SMART GAME! I COULD VERY WELL WIN THE NEXT ONE.
~Gina Rio~
[Gary’s Partner]
Elissa won Head of Household. *Brushes hair from face. Yaaay .. but not really. When I saw that she won, I tried to keep a positive attitude and quickly congratulated her. However, the thought of her nominating Gary and I was definitely in my head. Elissa and Gary, outside the game, aren't exactly friends. Elissa has more than enough ammo to target Gary, however, if she were to target Gary for a personal reason completely unrelated to the game .. I would be livid. If she targets Gary, she targets me. We're a package deal.
~Janelle Pierzina~
[Ivette’s Partner]
I was nervous. I don't really like Elissa. She seems kind of crazy but I at least made sure I had enough botox to give the bitch the biggest fake congrats I possibly could.
~Sallie Axl~
[Nick’s Partner]
On a personal level, I do actually really like Elissa, but from what I have heard from Gary and Gina is that she is a huge major cunt. Apparently, her and Gary don't get a long very well, so her winning is far from ideal because I wouldn't be surprised if she nominated Gina and Gary or even Nick and I.
The first order of business is to march upstairs to Elissa's brand new HoH Room, where she's received gifts from home.
Elissa: OMG! It's perfect! I love it.
~Sallie Axl~
[Nick’s Partner]
Elissa's HoH room sucked. I'm not going to even attempt at faking a smile or complimenting it like the other Houseguests, because her HoH room is just a disgrace to everything that is cool. Clearly Elissa is like 85 because everything in her room is something that an 85-year-old would love. When the door opened, I got excited because I thought I saw a huge red box of wine! I pushed Elissa and the rest of the Houseguests out of the way so I could get to the wine first and snatch it for myself, but when I got there I realized that it was a lame, sodium filled box of CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP!? Who the fuck asks for a fucking box of chicken noodle soup!? "OHMAHGURD GAAARRRLLL, I CANNOT wait until I win HoH so I can get mah soup, yall!" WHAT!? NO! It should be like "I CANNOT wait until I win HoH so I can get my ginormous box of wine and one straw so I don't have to share with any of you greedy skanks!" Ugh, these people.
One by one, the housemates leave Elissa's HoH Room and go to bed. But Sallie stays behind, determined to get a word in with the new HoH.
~Sallie Axl~
[Nick’s Partner]
Onto more pressing matters.....who the hell is Elissa going to nominate!? After everyone left the HoH room, I stayed behind because I wanted to talk to Elissa about what she wanted to do about the Nominations.
Elissa: So I really like and trust you. What are you thinking I should do for the nominations?
Sallie: Hmm, well, it's too bad you have to put up an entire pair. Like, personally, I haven't spoken to Chima yet. So if I won, I probably would have nominated her. But then, I really like Eric!
Elissa: The obvious choice to me is Sam and Layla.
Sallie: That was going to be my second point. Sam's a big threat! Do you think?
Elissa: Yeah. He came in second in the HoH!
Sallie: And I have heard that a lot of people do actually like him. So there's a threat right there.
~Sallie Axl~
[Nick’s Partner]
So, I completely threw Sam, my true love, under the bus. But, I'd rather stay and win the game than be with Sam, so if he must be nominated for my safety, than so be it! *sheds tear*
Hopefully I get to talk to her one more time before she makes her nominations and maybe I can seduce her with my sideboob.
~Elissa Slater~
[Helen’s Partner]
I'm definitely trying to talk to everyone and get a feel of the dynamics in the house. This past week, I was nearly nowhere. No one got to really speak to me. I need to make up ground and solidify my position in the game.
Sallie isn't the only one to make a visit to the HoH Room. Later that night, Sam decides to have a talk with Elissa as well, but it doesn't start off so well.
Sam: Elissa!
Elissa: Hi... Guy... Um... Eric?
Sam: I'm Sam.
Elissa: Oh! Hi!
~Sam Wallace~
[Layla’s Partner]
I was a little "ugh" when she didn't know who I was...especially since my name is on the Memory Wall.
Elissa: So I'm wondering what you think I should do for the noms? Right now, I have no clue.
Sam: I think you should talk to people, see where they're at. If you need anything, just let know girl. I got your back.
~Elissa Slater~
[Helen’s Partner]
The stand-outs to me to nominate are definitely Sam and Layla. I'm considering those two more than anything. They barely talk to anyone, they didn't talk to me until Sam saw I won HoH. AND Sam's a big competitor in the game. He almost won this HoH! I'm also considering Eric and Chima but nowhere near as much because Chima's annoying most of the house but I like Eric. He's a cool guy. I don't think I want him mad at me.
The next day is nominations day, but before it's time for the ceremony, Doctor Will makes his way to the HoH Room, and Elissa lets him in on a secret plan that involved utilizing the partners twist.
Elissa: You and Boogie are safe no matter what.
Will: Aww, thanks.
Elissa: I can't decide between Sam and Layla, and Chima and Eric.
Will: I think right now that Sam and Layla are safer, since Chima and Eric just got the veto last week so they might get pissed at you or whatever. That's my only view on it.
Elissa: What I want to do is to nominate Sam and Layla. One of them comes down, I nominate Eric and then Chima and whoever comes down are a pair. And they are the biggest targets in Week 3.
~Will Kirby~
[Boogie’s Partner]
So Elissa wants Sam and Layla nominated and for the veto to be used to backdoor Eric. She wants me to play in veto and to use it. I don't want that to happen. Eric and I are cool. Sam or Layla should be evicted. I'm gonna make it happen.
It's time for Elissa to announce her nominations to the house, and some of the housemates are still a little bit nervous.
~Ivette Corredero~
[Janelle’s Partner]
In the first HOH comp, Janelle won the first HOH and I won the first POV, so as a pair, we evicted Elissa. Of course, it was because she volunteered. I'm not ULTRA nervous, because I'm pretty sure neither Janelle nor myself is anybody's main target, and I'm not really close with Elissa, but I've gussied up to Helen and maintained consistent conversation with her, so I doubt she would support that as Elissa's partner.
Lettuce see what happens.
~Chima Simone~
[Eric’s Partner]
IF ELISSA PLAYS A SMART GAME, SHE WILL PUT UP SOMEBODY IN A BETTER SOCIAL STANDING THAN ME AND TRY TO EARN SOME POINTS WITH ME. THROWING ME IN THE GARBAGE WILL GAIN HER ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT WASTE HER HOH AND GIVE IT TO OTHER PEOPLE.
Elissa: I've nominated Sam and Layla. Sam and Layla, I'm nominating the two of you because most of the house has no idea who either of you are. I've barely spoken to either of you and I don't think it's fair to nominate anyone else. Sam, I'm so sorry for this. I have to nominate a pair so you have to go up beside Layla.
~Sallie Axl~
[Nick’s Partner]
SO! Sam and Layla actually got nominated! PHEW! Thank god! I was actually super nervous. I wasn't sure what secrets Elissa was hiding in her long, long hair, so when she told me she was going to nominate Sam and Layla, I took that as code as "YOU GOIN' ON THE BLOCK, HOE!", buuuuuuuutttttt, luckily, Nick and I were safe and Elissa was actually telling the truth. Sam and Layla were nominated.
~Chima Simone~
[Eric’s Partner]
SO ELISSA GAVE ME A KEY FOR SAFETY... I'M HAPPY ABOUT IT... BUT I DON'T FEEL LIKE SHE HANDED IT TO ME. SHE HANDED IT TO ERIC IN MY OPINION. WHEN SHE GAVE ME THAT KEY SHE JUST SAID "YOU'RE SAFE", NOTHING, NO DEALS, NO "I HAVE YOUR BACK". NOTHING TO MAKE ME THINK SHE'S ON MY SIDE. SO I HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WITH THAT.
~Sam Wallace~
[Layla’s Partner]
I did not see that coming honestly. I'm freaking out, and ready to get into beast mode and win the POV.
Knowing that Sam may not have been expecting to be on the block, Elissa gives him a hug as soon as the ceremony ends and whispers into his ear.
Elissa: Try your hardest to win POV, k? We don't want you to be up on eviction night, we just want Layla up.
~Sam Wallace~
[Layla’s Partner]
Well, that should make me feel a little more comfortable...but I'm not. I want to win this POV cause I just don't wanna be on the block.
In reality, neither Sam nor Layla were Elissa's true target. She was letting several of her housemates in on her plan to use the PoV to force Layla to swap places with Eric and become Chima's new partner.
Elissa: Hopefully one comes down, I put up Eric. Chima gets paired with the person who comes down, right? I think that'd be a smart move to maybe keep the target on that pair. That way our pairs stay in tact.
Sallie: It would be smart to somehow set it up for next week to have an obvious pair to nominate no matter who wins HoH. Like if Chima gets paired with Sam or Layla, whichever one comes off, then they could be the potential target for Week 3?
~Elissa Slater~
[Helen’s Partner]
What I wanna do is set up the vote this week so there's a big pair of targets next week. By doing that I'd need one of my nominations to come down and in that case I would nominate Eric so Chima gets a partner who is as big of a target as she is. And then I'm safe for another round.
It's time to pick players for the PoV Competition! While HoH Elissa and nominees Sam and Layla are guaranteed to compete, the other three housemates will be selected by random draw. The housemates gather in the living room for the selection, but before HoH Elissa even has time to return from the Diary Room with the bag of veto chips, nominee Layla quickly ruffles some feathers.
Helen: My first dog was named Trillion. He died.
Gary: Most dogs do.
Layla: Did you eat him?
Helen: RACIST! THAT IS RACIST!
Layla: Haha, asian.
And when Elissa returns and begins the process of randomly selecting the veto players, tensions rise between the HoH and Layla. Gina and Janelle are selected first, leaving just one spot in the competition remaining.
Helen: I want to play!
Layla: Helen can only play if it's a dog eating contest.
Elissa: OMFG. I'm glad you're nominated to be honest. You're annoying.
Layla: And you're a cunt. So whatever.
Gary: OMG Layla stop digging yourself a hole!
Ivette: I hope Sam is safe this week.
~Ivette Corredero~
[Janelle’s Partner]
What's with Layla at the PoV Drawings making fun of Helen being asian and calling Elissa a cunt?
Like, do people apply to Big Brother just so they have a chance to use hate speech, because that shit is played out.
I'd say "you can do better than that" but the reality is she probably can't and it must really suck being so basic. I'd be angry at the world as well.
Once the housemates quiet down, the final player for the PoV Competition is picked: Sallie.
~Sallie Axl~
[Nick’s Partner]
When it came to picking people for the Veto Competition, I actually got picked! I was super pumped to play! I really want to win the veto, because if I were to win, I would probably keep the nominations the same (even though I would love to see Chima's gaping butthole up on the block and out of the house). Gina also got picked, so we have really good chances at acquiring the power!
With the veto players now determined, partners Layla and Sam have a quick talk in the storage room.
Layla: This blows.
Sam: This totally sucks. We need to do our best in PoV.
Layla: I'll totally do my best. But if neither of us wins it, I'll do my best to make sure I go home.
Sam: To go home?
Layla: Yeah, everyone is gonna vote me out. I'm an asshole.
Sam: Don't say that. You're not an asshole.
Layla: Well if they don't think I am, then I'm not trying hard enough.
~Sam Wallace~
[Layla’s Partner]
Layla apparently is very confident she's going home...a little too much.
I don't get this, why would she say she's an asshole and that she's not trying hard enough if people aren't thinking that?
In the kitchen, all the housemates are waiting for the sliding doors to the backyard to be unlocked so they can go outside to compete. When Layla sits down at the kitchen table and joins the conversation, the mood quickly turns sour.
Elissa: I am sad. Cory Monteith died.
Layla That's what drugs will do kids.
Elissa: Shut the fuck up Layla.
Layla: What?
Elissa: Shut. The. Fuck. Up. You FUCKING BITCH. No one likes you.
Layla: Period much?
Gary: I like you! BUT, I like everyone! <3
Layla: Gary <3 I do think you need to stop hanging around with Elissa so much though, Gary.
Gary: Layla you can't tell me who I should and shouldnt hang out with in this house! Like I am my OWN person! Do not tell me what to do! Let me do what I want! Duh!
Layla: Well I don't mean it in a mean way. I just think she got some of your glitter in her vagina and it's making her irritable.
Elissa: I just cut myself with the serated edge of a tape roller by accident.
Layla: RUN!!! AIDS!!!!
~Will Kirby~
[Boogie’s Partner]
Here we go again. Elissa versus Layla Part 2. I don't even understand the lack of restraint these girls have. I mean Layla made an AIDs joke, which I know someone really close that has AIDs, but I'm not jumping in unnecessarily. It's a game and in order to win you need to know when to pop off and when to dodge the stupidity. Gary jumps in the drama for no reason at all. Like Layla wasn't even coming at him and he jumped in. Meanwhile, Chima and I are laughing at these people. Who would think Chima would be watching the drama instead of causing it?
~Chima Simone~
[Eric’s Partner]
THE FIGHT IS AMAZING. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY'RE FIGHTING ABOUT, BUT I'M SECRETLY ROOTING FOR LAYLA IN THIS FIGHT. I THINK SHE'S FUNNY AND I WISH SHE WOULD JUST STAY AROUND FOR A WHILE.
The fight is broken up by the announcement that it's time for the Veto Competition. The housemates head to the backyard where they find the remains of Big Brother's Big Pirate Ship, along with a mini-cannon and a target at the opposite end of the backyard.
Ryan: Avast ye mateys! Welcome aboard Big Brother's Pirate Ship! We've got six treasure chests down below, waiting to be claimed. The question is, who gets what booty? In each round, you'll all take a turn aiming the cannon at the target. The housemate whose cannonball lands furthest away from the target is eliminated, and will open one of the six treasure chests to reveal a prize inside. At that point, you can either chose to keep your treasure, or trade it for any of the treasures already uncovered. At the end of the competition, one of you will end up with the most prized treasure of all: the Golden Power of Veto!
~Gina Rio~
[Gary’s Partner]
I want to win the Power of Veto this week because I am a little nervous about Elissa still being in control. If I have the Power of Veto, I can decide what happens. My fate will be in my hands, as will Gary's fate. I would rather that be the case as opposed to Elissa having complete control this week. Elissa being in control means that she can keep her cards close to her chest as opposed to letting me know what's going on in her head. If I get my hands on the Power of Veto, she can actually come to me herself and tell me what she would like to see happen in her reign. I'm tired of initiating with her.
The six pirates take their shots one by one, but as they wait for everyone to finish on the sidelines, Elissa continues to discuss Cory Monteith's death, and is once again irritated by Layla.
Layla: I bet he had a huge cock.
Elissa: Layla, stop being so vulgar!
Layla: Oh, get off your high horse, Elissa. This is a game. We're supposed to have fun.
~Sallie Axl~
[Nick’s Partner]
The Veto competition was Hilarious! Basically, we have decided that we love Layla and she can sit with us. You see, when the house breaks for lunch, everyone divides up into little groups. There's the not-so-cool asian, the people who eat their feelings, the sex maniacs, the wannabe fabulous and fierce people and then the actual fabulous and fierce people. We have decided that Layla is fabulous and fierce enough to sit with us (as long as she wears pink on Wednesdays and doesn't date any of our exes). Layla was hilarious during the Veto competition! Every time she trashed Elissa, I laughed. This makes me want to keep Layla in the game over my beloved Sam.
After all the pirates have taken their first shot, it's Janelle whose cannonball is furthest from the target.
Ryan: Janelle, let's open up your treasure chest! It contains... the Golden Power of Veto! As there are no other prizes currently opened, you cannot make a trade at this time.
Janelle: Nobody better steal it. I'll make you walk the plank!
Layla: I'm sure they won't.
In the second round, it's Sam who is eliminated from the competition.
Ryan: Sam, your treasure chest contains... a Veto Ball! This can be used once before the Final 6 to guarantee your place in a PoV Competition, even if you have not been randomly selected! Would you like to keep this prize, or trade it for Janelle's Power of Veto?
Sallie: I love balls!
Sam: Hmmmm... I'm gonna keep it.
~Sam Wallace~
[Layla’s Partner]
So my treasure chest had a Veto Ball, which gives me the chance to play in any Veto comp of my choosing until F6, even if I wasn't chosen. I chose to keep it, even though Janelle has the Golden Power of Veto. The reason being that I know that at some point, someone's gonna take Janelle's veto.
Sallie is next to be eliminated from the competition, and her treasure chest contains a Sword that allows her to "stab" a fellow housemate once before the final six, and effectively void their eviction vote for the round.
Sallie: Hopefully something more amazing will come down the line. So I am going to trade for the Veto.
Ryan: Okay, congrats Sallie! You now hold the PoV. And Janelle, you now hold the Sword!
There are now only three pirates remaining: Elissa, Gina and Layla. Up to this point, Layla had attained the best score in every single round, and seemed as if she was on her way to winning the veto.
~Janelle Pierzina~
[Ivette’s Partner]
I was so worried Layla would win. Elissa was pretty vocal about her during the competition so I was definitely concerned that Layla kept doing so well.
But the housemates' fears are silenced when Layla makes an unlucky shot, and is eliminated from the competition.
Elissa: YASSSSSSSSSSSSS! As Gary would say.
Layla's treasure chest contains a Never Not Pass, which guarantees that she'll never again be a Have Not. She decides to trade with Sallie for the Power of Veto.
~Sallie Axl~
[Nick’s Partner]
I ended up winning the Never Have Not Pass during the Veto comp! That means I can NEVER be a have not! I'm pumped for this! Clearly, I am a HAVE in life and Jesus wants me to be a HAVE in here, too. The best part about it is that I never have to worry about disadvantages in Competitions. So, I feel like the farther I go in the game, the better this advantage will be!
The competition is now down to Elissa and Gina. Both ladies wanted the power for themselves, and despite her arguments with Layla, Elissa still had her backdoor plan in mind.
~Elissa Slater~
[Helen’s Partner]
I'd definitely consider taking Layla down but I feel like if I won POV that, in order to save face, I would veto Sam. The plan still works if Sam comes down and goes with Chima but I'd have to figure out how I can make sure people don't want to keep him safe next week.
But after the final shot, it's Gina that's closest to the target and wins the competition.
Gina: OMG!
Elissa's treasure chest is opened first. It contains a Name Changer, which will give it's owner a new, more appropriate pirate name until the Final 10. She decides to trade with Layla.
Ryan: Layla, as the possessor of the Name Changer, from now on, you will be known as Poopdeck Chumbucket!
Poopdeck: Please don't vote me out people. I want to stay just so I can be Poopdeck Chumbucket for the rest of the game. That's honestly the best prize.
Gina's treasure chest is opened next. It contains a pirate costume. The question on everyone's mind is whether or not she will trade for a prize, or for the PoV.
Gina: I think Elissa can pull off a pirate look better than I can. Trading for the Veto!
Ryan: That means Elissa must wear the pirate costume until the Final 10. And... congratulations, Gina! You have won the Power of Veto!

YASSS!
Queen G WINS the PoV and only makes us THAT more perfect. <33
Okay so like, things have been totes quiet in this house and I am about to stir things up.
If I can figure out how to save Poopdeck...
Yass!
I am LOVING her bitchy realness and like.. she serves it up on a platter.

I think at the end of the day the veto is the best prize short term. But if we would be speaking long term I'd say my prize is the best. Ironically I was out first and ended up with a neat prize!
Poopdeck obviously got the worst prize and on top of it she was already nominated. I'm pretty sure she can feel the heat is on her right now.
With Gina holding the Power of Veto, she goes up to Elissa's HoH Room to let her know of her intentions to keep her nominations the same. But she quickly realizes that Elissa actually has other plans.
~Gina Rio~
[Gary’s Partner]
Look who's got some power this week! *Twirls around the Veto. Me! It came down to just Elissa and I in the Power of Veto, and I could feel myself so close to capturing it. She asked me after I took first place if I wanted to win and get the PoV, in which I said yes, I want it. I told her I'd keep her nominations the same. However, guess what? That's not what she wants to see happen this week. She told me that she wants Poopdeck Chumbucket to come down and she wants to backdoor and put Eric up this week. Her reason for doing this is because she wants to make a target couple that would include Chima/Poopdeck Chumbucket.
While Gina is open to doing Elissa's wishes and using the Power of Veto, she's worried that doing so could backfire and lead to the exit of one of her allies: Gary, Nick or Sallie.
~Gina Rio~
[Gary’s Partner]
Oddly enough, I trust that this is what Elissa actually wants. I believe that Elissa does want to put Eric up and get him voted out, however, this could really hurt me in the game with some of the players. I know that Gary, Nick, and Sallie all want me to keep nominations the same. Nick is worried he could go up and I'm worried that Elissa could still take her jab at Gary and backdoor him. The last thing I need is that witch putting Gary up when I had the power to ensure that he didn't.
To secure her partner's safety if she does use the veto, Gina has a chat with Elissa's partner Helen.
Gina: I want us four to be together. I think we're a good group.
Helen: I love that idea.
Gina: Do you think that's possible though?
Helen: We kinda had a mutual understanding, but now it's official.
Gina: I told Gary he would be 100% safe because you said he would be, and he trusts you. So he said to use veto if I wanted to. But I just don't wanna look like an idiot and he goes up.
Helen: If Gary goes up, Elissa's dead to me in this game. 110% she won't put him up.
Gina: Eric would go up right? And go home?
Helen: I think so.
~Gina Rio~
[Gary’s Partner]
Helen came to me after I won and I instantly voiced my concern over Gary being safe, because I know Helen and Gary are somewhat close. She said he was 100% safe and that he wouldn't go up.
But it appears that Helen is not totally in agreement with Elissa's plan to build a super target duo of Poopdeck and Chima.
Gina: Chima/Poopdeck Chumbucket would be a target duo?
Helen: Do you think it's a good idea to put two targets in a pair together?
Gina: I think they'd be targeted, yeah. Why? Do you not think so?
Helen: But then if one gets evicted while they're on the block as a duo, the other target is immune, and not able to be used as a scapegoat.
Gina: I understand what you're saying. If one goes, then the other one flies to the end of Week 4. Did you talk to Elissa about this?
Helen: I did.
Gina: What did she say?
Helen: She spewed bullshit about thinking Eric is in some majority alliance. She won't listen to me. Which is annoying but whatever.
~Gina Rio~
[Gary’s Partner]
The annoying part right now is, Elissa seems hell bent on wanting to stick Eric on the block but Helen is wavering and not wanting that to happen because she doesn't want Poopdeck Chumbucket and Chima to be a pair, because if they are targeted next week successfully and one goes, then the other will be immune until the twist is over, as opposed to keeping them separate and being able to take them out in back to back weeks. I could honestly care less. I'd like to see both Chima and Poopdeck Chumbucket stay, so I'm just playing along with them for now, and trying to make sure that if someone goes up, it'll be Eric, Boogie, or Will. They need to get on the same page.
The duo of Elissa and Helen certainly were at each other's throats. Helen did not agree with Elissa's plan to backdoor Eric, and the two former friends were quickly becoming enemies.
~Elissa Slater~
[Helen’s Partner]
I can't play with Helen anymore. She's driving me insane. I never should have applied with her.
She's dominating everything, that fucking bitch. I'm being bullied and I can't handle it. I'm done at this point. All she's doing is telling me I'm wrong and making me feel like shit.
Back in the HoH Room, Gina found herself in the middle of the duo's clash.
Gina: I just spoke to Helen, just going over what wold happen.
Elissa: Don't listen to Helen. Do NOT listen to Helen.
Gina: WHAT? WHY?
Elissa: She's insane.
Gina: Girl, please.
Elissa: I want to work with you but don't let her act like she controls me.
Gina: I will do what you girls want to do. Just want to make sure we're all comfortable with the decision.
~Gina Rio~
[Gary’s Partner]
Elissa is awfully annoying as Head of Household. She's such a stubborn girl and it's her way or no way at all. I can't really handle that sort of personality at the moment.
This whole thing is going back and forth on whether or not the Veto should be used. It's driving me up the wall right now. It shouldn't be like this, but Elissa is just a pain in the ass. I will say, that if there is no concrete decision by the time I have to make my decision tomorrow, I will not be using the Power of Veto. I want Elissa and Helen to 100% commit to a name other than Nick or Sallie going up, and I will then use it.
The next day, it's time for the Veto Ceremony, and Gina has a big decision to make. However, the fact that Helen and Elissa still haven't reconciled makes her feel less and less comfortable trusting the duo.
~Gina Rio~
[Gary’s Partner]
Now Elissa is slamming Helen to me, saying that Helen has secret alliances that she's hiding from her, that she doesn't want to play with Helen anymore, and that she wants to quit. I'm sorry? These girls are jokes. They're supposed to be mothers and instead they're little whiny babies.
Gina: If I am being completely honest here, it was a harder decision than I anticipated. I knew I was going to have to sleep on it after talking to everyone last night. Well, I've slept and now it's time for me to get the week moving. With all that being said .. I have decided to use the Power of Veto on .. Nobody. I'm very sorry to both Poopdeck and Sam and I wish you two the best of luck this week. It isn't over until it's over and you both can still campaign for votes and secure your spot to stay in the game and be immune. This meeting is now adjourned.
~Gina Rio~
[Gary’s Partner]
I decided to not use the Power of Veto. I felt like it was a smarter decision looking at the bigger picture. I could care less if Elissa is angry with me, because to be honest, I found her plan a little aggressive and not in a way that would really help her, Helen, or Gary and I. Neither Helen nor Elissa ever came to me and updated me with their thoughts like I had wanted them to. I wanted the both of them to get on the same page last night so that I could make a decision today. However, that didn't happen.
Gina's decision not to use the PoV meant that Poopdeck and Sam remained on the block. One of them would be evicted, and the other would be immune until the Final 11.
~Sam Wallace~
[Poopdeck’s Partner]
Well, Gina didn't use her Power of Veto on anyone. Sorry Poopdeck, but between me and you, everyone knows I deserve to stay. So I'm gonna campaign hard, and get as many votes as I can to stay.
~Poopdeck Chumbucket~
[Sam’s Partner]
Now it looks like I'm walking my ass out the door tonight due to the simple fact that Sam is "so much nicer."
Well if they want to vote me out because the guy I'm up against is a better ass kisser than I am, then so be it. I've never been one to lick anyone's asshole to stay in a game, it's just not who I am and it won't be how I go out of any game.
I might not survive this round, but at least I'll still have my dignity intact.
Will felt closer with Sam than Poopdeck, and decided to kill two birds with one stone by getting closer to Chima. Despite being an outcast in the house thus far, she could prove to be a useful ally in the weeks to come.
Chima: WHO WE VOTING?
Will: I was planning on voting out Poopdeck.
Chima: OK.
Will: I feel like next week is going to be dramatic.
Chima: WHY?
Will: The HOH probably will target some threats.
Chima: MAYBE. ANYWAYS, YOU'RE NOT MY RADAR JUST SO YOU KNOW.
Will: Same. I think that we can do some damage to be honest.
Chima: YEAH FOR SURE.
~Chima Simone~
[Eric’s Partner]
DO I HAVE THE INTENTION OF WORKING WITH WILL? YES, I DO. I DON'T THINK I AM HIS NUMBER ONE, BUT I DON'T THINK HE WOULD NOMINATE ME SO EARLY EITHER. I THINK I CAN WORK IT UP.
~Will Kirby~
[Boogie’s Partner]
Things are going according to plan. Gina kept the nominations the same. Right now it's time to gather the votes for Sam to stay. I don't think it'll require much work. I've already talked to Chima, who will talk to Eric. Boogie and I are solid. I do have to convince Nick. Boogie said Nick wanted to keep Poopdeck for the Poopdeck/Elissa targets, but Poopdeck has done poorly in challenges. I don't think it's a battle. Maybe like a battle between toddlers, but nothing I want Sam to leave for.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the house, the alliance of Gina, Gary, Sallie and Nick wanted to find a way to keep Poopdeck.
~Sallie Axl~
[Nick’s Partner]
My initial reaction was that Sam is haaaaawwwwt and needs to stay. But, then I decided that Poopdeck is kind of a bitch and takes one to know one, sooooo, even though Sam is forever and always my true love, it might actually be smarter if he goes. Like, he is more sociable than Poopdeck and people seem to like him more, which makes him more of a threat.
~Gina Rio~
[Gary’s Partner]
I'd be lying if I said I didn't want Sam to go. Sam going could be good because I don't think that is what Elissa and Helen want. Then, you have Poopdeck Chumbucket surviving for a few weeks with her immunity, wanting to target Elissa. It's pretty tempting, right? Granted, I don't think I'd have the votes to pull off Poopdeck Chumbucket staying despite my alliance wanting to keep Poopdeck Chumbucket too. It's only 4 votes, and there are 7 others.
At the eviction ceremony, Gina and Nick give Poopdeck sympathy votes, but that's not enough to keep her in the house.
Ryan: Big Brother house, this is Ryan! You are live on BBCharm! The house has decided. The votes have been counted and verified, and I can now reveal... that by a vote of 8-2... the second person to be evicted from the BBCharm house is... POOPDECK! Poopdeck, it's now time to say your goodbyes. I'm coming to get you!
Sallie: Bye Poopy!
The housemates give Poopdeck a few final hugs goodbye before she exits the house for good. A major target had left the game, and now, Sam had immunity until the Final 11. Six duos remained in tact, but soon, yet another would be split up forever.
