Episode 11: "May the best woman win."
Helen and Elissa had entered the game as a duo, and now, they were about to be torn apart. Chima held the sole vote to evict one of them.
Chima: HELEN, SORRY GIRL, I'M EVICTING YOU.
Ryan: It's official. The eleventh person to be evicted from the BBCharm house, and the sixth member of the jury is... HELEN! Helen, it's now time to say your goodbyes. I'm coming to get you!
Helen's eviction left just three housemates remaining in the game: Chima, Elissa and Ivette.
~Chima Simone~
LOOKING BACK FROM WEEK ONE, I SERIOUSLY NEVER EXPECTED MAKING IT ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP THREE ON TOP OF ALL THESE KIND OF PLAYERS. US THREE ARE DEFINITELY THE LEAST EXPECTED PEOPLE TO MAKE IT HERE. I REALLY LOVE OUR FINAL THREE BECAUSE IT'S REPRESENTING ALL THE SHIFTS WE HAD IN THIS GAME.
~Elissa Slater~
At one point, Gary said I wouldn't last another week.
Hahaha! All I have to say to Gary is "Look at me now. I'm here in the final three and you're out there at home watching. Sucks to suck! Yasssssss!"
~Ivette Corredero~
I've been wrong before, but the way I see it, whichever one of Chima or myself makes it to the final two with Elissa is probably the winner.
Not to say Elissa's game has been atrocious, but the only real impression she's made is being shifty and winning more comps than most of the cast.
The housemates head outside for the first part of the final HoH Competition. The competition works in three parts; the winner of part one will get to advance straight to the final part, while the two losers will have to compete in part two.
~Chima Simone~
SO RIGHT NOW, THERE'S ALMOST NO STRATEGY LEFT BESIDES WINNING THIS COMPETITION, AND IF WE DON'T WIN WE WANT TO LET THE WINNER THINK WE CAN'T WIN THIS GAME AGAINST THEM. WE'RE PRETTY MUCH NARROWED TO THIS RIGHT NOW.
Ryan: This competition is called Building Blocks, and here's how it works! Big Brother has placed you in his special daycare center for the day, and you now have hundreds of blocks at your disposal! When the competition begins, you'll have twelve hours to build the highest block tower possible! But be careful, because if your tower crumbles down, you'll have to start all over! And that's not all... Big Brother doesn't approve of naughty children, and he wants you to clean up your toys once you're done playing with them! Once you feel your tower is high enough to win, you must completely unstack it one block at a time for your score to count. The housemate who stacks and unstacks the highest block tower within the time limit will win this part of the final HoH Competition!
~Chima Simone~
I WANT TO WIN THE FIRST PART ABSOLUTELY. I DO NOT WANT TO MAKE A DEAL TO THROW IT OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. I WOULD HATE WASTING ONE LIFE AND LOSING THE SECOND PART TO END UP AT THEIR MERCY. PLEASE NO. FOR ME, PART ONE IS A PRIORITY.
The competition begins, and Chima gets off to a quick start! She stacks her blocks much quicker than Elissa and Ivette, and takes an early lead.
~Chima Simone~
THE COMPETITION WAS THE MOST NERVEWRACKING ALL SEASON! IT ALL COMES DOWN TO THIS. I DON'T WANT TO END UP UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FINAL ROUND SO I WANT TO WIN THE FIRST ROUND. MY STRATEGY WAS JUST STACKING, STACKING AND STACKING AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE, KNOWING I HAD THE NIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. I HAD SLEPT JUST BEFORE THE CHALLENGE SO I WAS READY.
~Ivette Corredero~
In the last half hour alone Chima has added more to her tower than I've done in total. I know it's not wise to kill myself over this. I'll focus on getting a respectable amount that's higher than Elissa and focus on accuracy.
Within a few hours, Chima's block tower is much higher than those of her competitors. But one wrong move could send the whole tower crashing down...
~Chima Simone~
THE HOURS HAD PASSED AND MY TOWER WAS UP TO MORE THAN 800 BLOCKS. I WAS JUST... SCARED! LIKE, ONE WRONG MOVE, AND BAM! IT'S ALL GETTING BLOWN AWAY. IT'S AT THAT MOMENT I HAD THIS THOUGHT: WTF IS WRONG WITH ME? WHY DID I MAKE IT SO F**** HIGH? NOW IT WILL TAKE FOREVER TO UNSTACK IT CAREFULLY.
And unfortunately for Chima, her fears are confirmed when one wrong touch makes her tower fall.
~Chima Simone~
AT ONE POINT, BAM! THE ENTIRE TOWER CRUMBLES DOWN. I WAS JUST LOOKING AT IT CRUMBLING AND YELLING IN MY HEAD NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SO MANY HOURS WASTED! FFF******** FFFFF******. I DID NOT EVEN WAIT ONE MORE FUCKING SECOND AND STARTED REBUILDING AGAIN BEFORE IVETTE CONTINUES HER OWN TOWER.
Having to make up for lost time, Chima immediately gets to work on rebuilding her tower. By the time the buzzer signals the end of the competition, she had successfully completed a new tower, but was it high enough to beat Elissa and Ivette?
Ryan: In third place... we have Elissa, with a 26 block tower! Chima and Ivette, one of you built a 105 block tower, while the other built a 133 block tower. Congratulations... Chima! You successfully stacked and unstacked the tallest tower, and will advance to part three!
~Chima Simone~
THANK GOD I WON THE FIRST PART, I WON'T HAVE MY HANDS SHAKING AT THE SECOND PART! UGHHH YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I'M FEELING RELIEVED. BUT NOW I HAVE TO WAIT IN HORROR TO SEE WHO WILL COME OUT VICTORIOUS IN THE SECOND PART OF THE COMPETITION.
~Ivette Corredero~
It looks like it's going to be me vs. Elissa in a puzzle for the right to compete in the final round of this HOH comp. I'm not a huge puzzle person, but thus far when Elissa senses she's losing in a puzzle (or any competition, for that matter), she gives up. Of course, she's just going head to head now with me.
The housemates are informed that the following night, the last two parts of the HoH Competition will take place live. While they wait for the big night to arrive, Ivette chats with Chima about potential jury votes.
Ivette: I'm being honest... I have no idea how a full jury vote would go with every combination of the final three as the final two. I feel like no matter what I do, if I win, it will be by a 4-3 vote. I COULD win, but I'm REALLY going to need like... the one or two jury votes that aren't decided.
Chima: THAT'S A MYSTERY, YEAH.
~Chima Simone~
I HATE HOW IVETTE IS TALKING JURY VOTES IN FRONT OF MY FACE. I CONSIDER MYSELF HAVING A CHANCE TO WIN AND I JUST KEEP WANTING HER TO SHUT UP AND I JUST WANT TO PUT A TAPE ON HER MOUTH. SHE THINKS TOO MUCH RIGHT NOW.
And Chima soon finds out that she's not the only one annoyed by Ivette discussing jury votes.
Elissa: Ivette is doing a good job of setting herself up as a huge threat to me. All she's doing is talking to me about how her game is super clean and how she can win against all of us.
Chima: SHE DID THE SAME TO ME A FEW MINUTES AGO. AND COUNTING JURY VOTES IN MY FACE.
Elissa: Yes. She's doing the exact same. Like BRO, you don't have the final HoH yet. I dislike cocky people like that.
Chima: ME TOO, IT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE CRAP.
Elissa: You're in the final three but there's still time for people to come after you.
Chima: MAYBE SHE THINKS EVERYONE WILL BRING HER TO THE FINAL TWO.
Elissa: For some reason. Like, I think you and I should go together.
Chima: I KNOW. WE BOTH WILL LOSE AGAINST HER.
~Chima Simone~
I'M GLAD TO HEAR I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE TO HAVE THAT IMPRESSION. BUT YEAH, OH GOD, IVETTE JUST STOP TALKING ABOUT THESE JURY VOTES. IT'S LIKE, SO ANNOYING.
EITHER ME OR ELISSA WIN HOH, AND WE EVICT IVETTE. BUT IF IVETTE WINS THE NEXT HOH... I'LL BE FURIOUS. SHE JUST CAN'T WIN THAT ONE! BUT IF SHE DOES, I'LL HAVE TO CONVINCE HER THAT HELEN WILL SWAY THE JURY TO VOTE FOR ELISSA.
It's time for the second part of the final HoH Competition to take place, and Ivette knows she'll be in serious danger if she loses.
~Ivette Corredero~
Unfortunately, my game's not perfect, because I'm pretty sure Elissa and Chima are both convinced that I've played the best game of the three of us. If that's the case, is my game really the best? It could easily prohibit me from winning if I don't clear the final hurdle.
Ryan: Elissa and Ivette, you will now compete head to head to determine who will battle Chima in the final part of the competition! This part of the competition is called HoH History, and here's how it works! There are 11 locked safes scattered around the backyard. There is one safe for each round in the BBCharm game. To unlock a safe, type in the names of the HoH and the final nominees for that week! Once inside the safe, grab the puzzle pieces you find. Once you have all 16 puzzle pieces, you'll have to put them together to form an image that displays all of the previous BBCharm HoH winners. The first housemate to complete the puzzle will win, and move on to face Chima in part three!
The competition begins, and Elissa and Ivette rush to unlock their safes. As the two women run around the backyard in a frenzy, Chima waits anxiously inside.
~Chima Simone~
I'M HOPING IT'S ELISSA THAT WINS. MY HEART IS JUST PUMPING VERY FAST BECAUSE I CAN'T EVEN SEE THEM COMPETE. I'M HAVING THIS IMPRESSION OF "IVETTE IS MOVING TO THE FINAL ROUND WITH CHIMA", ALREADY >.<
But Ivette hits a roadblock when she forgets to enter Layla's name as "Poopdeck" due to her name changing punishment. She quickly falls behind, and is unable to catch up.
Ryan: Congratulations, Elissa! You have completed the puzzle first and will move on to the final round!
Ivette: Congrats girls!
Once the girls head back inside and tell Chima the news, Elissa and Chima celebrate privately in the storage room.
Chima: YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
Elissa: I KNOW! I'M SO HAPPY! May the best woman win.
~Chima Simone~
WHEN ELISSA WON HER PART, I WAS JUST YESSS YESSS YESSS! I KNEW FROM THAT MOMENT THAT I WOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL BEING IN THE FINALS WITH IVETTE. I FEEL LIKE NOW IT'S A LOT MORE IN THE AIR. I WON'T EVEN HESITATE TAKING HER OUT OF THE GAME.
It's time for the final HoH to be crowned. Ivette is ineligible to compete due to losing the first two parts of the competition, and must therefore wait for the results in the kitchen. Chima and Elissa take their places by their podiums in the living room.
Ryan: Chima and Elissa, in just a few moments, one of you will guarantee yourself a spot in the final two, and earn the right to choose who sits next to you! This competition is called Jury Duty, and here's how it works! Each of the six current BBCharm jurors have made statements about the season. One at a time, I'll read you one of the jurors' statements. I will then give you two options as to how they completed their statement. You must answer either A or B. The housemate with the most correct answers after six questions will become the final Head of Household!
Chima and Elissa both say they are ready to begin, and Ryan reads out the first question!
Ryan: Question #1: Janelle said... The housemate I would never like to see again is... A) Ivette or B) Gina.
Chima answers B.
Elissa answers B.
~Janelle Pierzina~
The housemate I would never like to see again is... Gina.
Ryan: The correct answer was B! You both earn a point. Question #2: Sam said... If I could go back and change one thing, I would... A) Not throw as many competitions as I did or B) Try and choose my allies more accurately.
Chima answers B.
Elissa answers B.
~Sam Wallace~
If I could go back and change one thing, I would... Try and choose my allies more accurately.
Ryan: The correct answer was B! Once again, you both earn a point! Question #3: Will said... My favorite memory of the season was... A) The Helen/Nick eviction debacle or B) When Boogie showed he valued our friendship over the game.
Chima answers B.
Elissa answers B.
~Will Kirby~
My favorite memory of the season was... The Helen/Nick eviction debacle.
Ryan: The correct answer was A! Neither of you got it right, so you're still tied at 2-2. Question #4: Gina said... The funniest moment in the house was... A) When Boogie thought he was safe on the block, and used the veto on Will only to be evicted a day later or B) When Sallie had an outburst before being expelled, and told Helen to go choke on a fat dick.
Chima answers A.
Elissa answers A.
~Gina Rio~
The funniest moment in the house was... When Sallie had an outburst before being expelled, and told Helen to go choke on a fat dick.
Ryan: The correct answer was B! Neither of you were correct, so the score remains at 2-2! Question #5: Eric said... the most shocking moment in the house was... A) When Chima nominated Helen or B) When Helen nominated Gina.
Chima answers A.
Elissa answers B.
~Eric Stein~
The most shocking moment in the house was... When Chima nominated Helen.
Ryan: The correct answer was A! Chima takes the lead 3-2. It's time for the final question! Helen said... The key moment that cost me the game was... A) Not getting a chance to talk to Ivette before her veto ceremony because she asked for a moment to relax or B) Changing my answer at the last second in the Days HoH and accidentally putting the wrong image in the last PoV.
Chima answers B.
Elissa answers B.
~Helen Kim~
The key moment that cost me the game was... Changing my answer at the last second in the Days HoH and accidentally putting the wrong image in the last PoV.
Ryan: The correct answer was B! Which means... Congratulations, Chima! You are the final Head of Household! You will have just a few minutes before you have to decide who you'd like to evict!
Chima cheers and grabs the HoH Key. Elissa runs up to her to give her a hug.
Elissa: Alright, so we're good, right?
Chima: YES, OMG, I'M SCARED OF IVETTE RIGHT NOW!
During the commercial break of the live show, Chima decides to approach Ivette and let her know that she won't be making it to the end. Ivette already expects the worst.
~Ivette Corredero~
This game was fun, and my only regret is that I had to fall at the final hurdle. I'm going to try to do as much as I can, but it's too little too late.
Ivette: I feel like you have your mind made up. I feel like Elissa wasn't that social, but she already has friends.
Chima: I DO. I HAD PLANNED GOING TO FINAL TWO WITH ELISSA SINCE FINAL FIVE. I'M VERY SORRY. :-\
Ivette: That's okay. It's the better choice for you.
~Chima Simone~
NO ARGUMENTS? THAT'S A FIRST! THAT'S MORE THAN AWESOME. THE LAST THING I WANTED WAS A THIRTY-MINUTE ARGUMENTATION AS TO WHY I SHOULD PICK IVETTE OVER ELISSA, BUT I THINK IVETTE CLEARLY KNEW THE SHOT SHE HAD TO WIN, AND SO DIDN'T HAVE MUCH TO SAY TO DEFEND HERSELF AT THIS POINT.
The housemates are called to the living room for the final eviction of the season.
Ryan: Elissa and Ivette, in just a few moments, Chima will cast her vote live to evict one of you. But before she does, you have one last chance to plead your case! Remember, what you say now could make all the difference! Elissa, you're up first.
Elissa: Chima, I think you should keep me because I think you're a great girl and a great friend and I really respect you. I also want to tell Ivette that I really like you and it's bittersweet to be here up against you. I really wish it could have had any other outcome. Good luck. I want my sister to know I love and miss her, I hope she's taken Riley away from my soon to be ex-husband.
Ryan: Thank you, Elissa. Ivette, you're up next.
Ivette: I won't be theatrical. I've already discussed it with Chima. I knew coming into this HoH that I needed to win to stay in the game, because both Chima and Elissa viewed me as the biggest threat left in the game, and that's all it really takes. I wish you the best of luck, and I'm not mad. But uh, if you change your mind Chima, I'll go to the final two with you, I will.
It was time for Chima to cast her vote.
Chima: FIRST, I WANT TO SAY YOU BOTH DID A GOOD JOB OF GETTING HERE. YOU'RE BOTH GOOD FRIENDS OF MINE, BUT THIS IS A GAME AND I DECIDED TO EVICT... IVETTE. SORRY!
Ryan: It's official. The last person to be evicted from the BBCharm house and the final member of the jury is... IVETTE! Ivette, it's now time to say your goodbyes. I'm coming to get you!
Ivette gives both of the finalists a hug goodbye before picking up her bag and exiting the house. As soon as she walks out the front door, Chima and Elissa jump up and down in excitement. After almost fifty days of fierce competition, they had done what fourteen others had failed to do: make it to the finale! But only one of them could win over the jury and become the winner of BBCharm!
